2. Event Registration

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register for the BroncoSafari event.
  2. Registration Process: Registration is completed through the online form provided on the website. All information provided must be accurate and complete.
  3. Fees and Payment: Registration fees are specified on the Registration page. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. We accept [list accepted payment methods].
  4. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [contact email]. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
    • Cancellations made before 4/30/2026: Full refund
    • Cancellations made between 5/1/2026 and 5/31/2026: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made after 6/1/2026: No refund.

3. Event Participation

  1. Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
  2. Safety: Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their vehicles. All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the Utah Bronco Club and event organizers.
  3. Vehicle Requirements: Vehicles participating in off-road activities must meet specific requirements, including but not limited to working seatbelts, roll cage or full top, fire extigushier. The Utah Bronco Club reserves the right to refuse participation to any vehicle that does not meet these requirements.
  4. Trail Use: Participants must adhere to all trail regulations and guidelines. This includes staying on designated trails, respecting the environment, and following Leave No Trace principles.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on BroncoSafari.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Utah Bronco Club or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Utah Bronco Club and BroncoSafari.com are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the BroncoSafari event or your use of this website.
